Is Nanoplastia Right for My Hair?
Every head of hair is different, and the treatment should always be chosen to suit it. Three things decide whether nanoplastia is right for you: your hair’s condition, its chemical history, and how damaged it is. Answer a few simple questions below and you’ll know whether to go ahead, add protection, or choose something else.

Question 1: What’s your hair’s condition?
Think about how your hair feels most days. Is it frizzy, dry, rough, dull, tangly or hard to style? If you’re nodding along to several of those, nanoplastia is likely to make a clear difference.
If your hair is already smooth and easy to manage and you just want it a little straighter, the change will be smaller. It may still be worth it, but set your expectations accordingly.
Question 2: What’s been done to it before?
List what you’ve had in the last year or so: colour, bleach, highlights, keratin, rebonding, relaxers.
- Nothing? W One Nanoplastia on its own is fine.
- Colour or chemical treatments? Use the W One + W Two Plex Combo and leave enough time since your last service.
Waiting times for each treatment are listed in our chemically treated hair guide.
Question 3: How damaged is it?
Take one strand and stretch it gently.
- Stretches and bounces back: good to go.
- Stays stretched: go ahead, but use bond protection.
- Snaps straight away, or feels gummy when wet: not yet. Repair first with Bluetox and trim the ends.
Still not sure? Test it
The easiest way to know for certain is to try it. The W One 120 ml size covers one treatment on shoulder-length hair. You can also do a strand test on a small hidden section first.
If you’d like a second opinion, message us with a description of your hair and what’s been done to it, and we’ll point you to the right product.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if nanoplastia is right for my hair?
Look at three things: your hair’s condition, its chemical history and its level of damage. Frizzy, dry or rough hair that is not badly broken is usually a good fit.
Who should not get nanoplastia?
People whose hair snaps or feels gummy when wet should repair it first. It is also best avoided during pregnancy or on an irritated scalp without speaking to a doctor.
What if my hair has been coloured?
Nanoplastia can usually still be used. Choose the W One + W Two Plex Combo and leave at least two weeks after colouring.
What if I want to keep my curls?
Choose Bluetox instead. It smooths and hydrates without straightening.
Can I try nanoplastia before buying a full bottle?
Yes. The W One 120 ml size covers one treatment on shoulder-length hair and is a low-cost way to test the result.
